May be to avail any specific benefit. Otherwise there is no restriction in general.
Now, central excide is getting subsumed into GST, so whether you will be able to get the same benefit is doubtful, but you will surely be allowed to do jobwork in open market.

Hello Sir,
Currently we are doing only job work in our sister concern. Turnover per month is 30 Lakhs. Already migrated with GST and got Temperoray ID and Password. Can explain me the impact of GST in our business and GST to be charged in all invoices or not?.
Please explain in detail.
