Set Off of Business Loss against Speculative Profit

The tax payer is a company and engaged in share broking. It is having B/f speculative loss of 50 lacs and in the relevant financial year it is having speculative profit of 75 lacs. Also in the relevant financial year it is having loss from F&O transactions to the tune of 80 lacs. What will be the mode of set off of Speculative profit and Loss from F&O. 

The b/f speculative loss of 50 lacs will be set off against speculative profit of 75 lacs. Can the balance speculative profit of 25 lacs be set off against F&O loss of 80 lacs and remaining unadjusted loss of 55 lacs will be carried forward for set off in subsequent years? Or will there be tax payable on balance speculative income of 25 lacs and full loss of 80 lacs will have to be carried forward and set off in subsequent years?

u can set off the loss of f&o transaction against the speculative profit...current year business loss can be set off against any income except salary head income and business loss can be set off against any kind of business profit whether speculative or non speculative
