The above mentioned service will be taxable under the Service 'Tour Operators Services'. Hence you will have to register with the Service Tax Department and obtain a Service Tax Number if your gross receipts exceed Rs. 9 Lakhs. You can claim an abatement of 60%. hence the effective service tax rate will be 7.41%.

Taxable under tour operator service. You can claim mabatement of 40%.
