Service tax under rcm on office rent paid by a co to directo

My co is pvt ltd co and compnay was paid offcie rent  approx Rs  8 lac per annuam to director 

kindly advice for this service was is taxable in service tax under rcm or not  and  any serivce tax will be payable by co under Rcm.
