Dear friends,
I need to surrender existing Service Tax registration, and make our division addition in the centralised registration of company.
The story is:
our company (Say Old Company) merged with other company (Say Existing company). Now Old company no more exists. Hence we need to cancel existing registration of Old Company, and make modification in registration certificate of Existing Company for adding the address of old company as the division of Existing Company.
Pls suggest the required procedure for cancellation and modification.
