Yes service tax Nil return is compulsory, Hurry up to upload ST3.Plese to read attached

no need to hurry its postponed to dec 30!!!! and ofcourse one shld file the nil return!!!!
again from the day the st is applicable the servce provided is less than 1000000...thn not necessary!!

in my case, the assessee has though provided the taxable services but no tax is charged from the clients and he even did not cross the limit of 10L....
now whether he is liable to file the return??????
i could not get the right solution yet............pls help
