Service tax rendered out side india

Hi,

we have a 100% EOU unit & taken a new order that is landed at farm ,this means we have to send material to the farm of the customer which is abroad. so the CHA will giving such service from the customer port to his land & will have to pay money for the same.

now i want to know this service is coming under service tax & can we have to pay tax?  or pease update any other liabilities for such services.

Yes you  have to pay service tax on the services rendered by the CHA

Hi,

Certain item will be non taxable reimburesement &cha service only taxable.ask cha to show in his invoice taxable &non taxable item seperately
