Weather Serivce Tax applicable on company in case of GTA service for POTATO and raw material for Mushroom?

It is exempted as per the notification.  Even after 01.07.2012, it is exempted vide notificaiton no. 25/2012 ST.

Raw Material used for production of Mushroom are not edible then Raw Material covered in this notification.
