service tax on reimbursement

Thanks for your instant reply sir. I also want to know that  willbe also charge service tax while making claims for reimbursemnt  to the company . Should we also liable to deduct of tds on that reimburesment while making payment to other. at present company is not deducting our tds while making payment to us .
