Service tax on freight

Hello sir,

i m doing an audit of export company which is paying freight to deliver goods to port. my query is- is this freight liable for service tax or not? please provide me with example also?

NO SERVICE TAX LEVIED ON THE SEA FREIGHT...OTHER CHARGES PAID ON PORT IS TAXABLE.LIKE.B/L..CRANE/FORK LIFT CHARGES.THC CHARGES.ETC

sir, my actual question is about the freight paid to deliver goods at our port that it is chargable to service tax or not.
