Hi sir i hv 1 query
If a builder gives flats in consideration of cost of land to land owners then builder is liable to pay service tax on that flats ???

Builder is service provider & land owner is Service receiver. Now who is liable to pay ST?
But, the obligation may be settled by either party by mutual understanding.
