Can we utilized CENVAT Input Credit for the payment/adjustment of Service Tax under Reverse Charges?

No, Service tax under Reverse Charge Mechanism has to be paid and cannot be adjusted by any input credit.
Once you pay the amount, that itself will act as Input Tax credit in some cases.
