Dear Mr Balasubramani
It is important to know how payment is amde for civil Contract.If the Donor pays the amount to you and if you make the payment the following rule applies. If the civil contract for new construction the 50% of 40% @ 12.36% on the total value of contract. If it is renovation and improvement then the following rule will apply.
50% of 701% @ 12.36% on the total value of the contract against respective bills.
