Service tax in amc charge
I have received amc bill of air-conditions for apr15 to sep15. Bill date is 20th may15 and same will be booked in jun15. What would be rate of ST and why???

- Date of invoice
- Date of payment
If any 2 of the above is complete before 1st June 15, then ST is @ 12.36%.
If any 2 of the above is complete on/after 1st June 15, then ST is @ 14%.
