As we are providing various MBA and Ex MBA programs and charges various fees to students like Tution fee,Laptop Charges, Industrial Tour Charges,Laibrary Fee etc are all these are exempt from service tax?

Any course leading to a degree or certificate recongnised under law is exempt form service tax. Since MBA of this category , service tax is not leviable. Charges towards any account having nexus with this course is exempt.
