Hello Gentlemen,
Please help me out with this. I want t know that whether a Pvt Ltd Company is required to pay Service tax if its annual turnover is less than INR 10 lakh in a given financial year?
The Firm (pvt ltd company) provides brand building and brand promotion solutions (strategies) to other large Pvt Ltd companies.
Also, does it make any difference in terms of Service Tax exeption if the Director of the company himself signs the agreement with the clients of the company?
I would request the gentlemen out here to please throw light on the issues and technicalities related with service tax and its exemption.
Accept my apologies in advance as i am a novice in matters related to service tax.
