An assessee being a company receives rent on which it pays service tax and such rent is taxed under the head house property  . Now the company makes payment to auditor for carrying out audit who charges the bill inclusive of service tax . Whether such company can take credit of  service tax arising from professional payments in relation to service tax paid on rent?
