The bank is charging service tax on Processing fees and other related services.
I want to know that can we take the benefit of the Service Tax paid,i.e., Input Tax credit of ST.

Yes, You can take cenvat credit on service tax charged by bank.

Yes, you can availed Cenvat credit, if you utilised such banking services for providing out put services.

Dear All Experts,
I am also agree that we can cake CENVAT credit against Bank charges. But bank are not issued any Invoice for collecting Service Tax. They are issuing a Note only. Now it is my doubt can we take CENVAT credit against that Memo. If yes kindly let me know the notification No related to the matter.
