07 January 2010is their any provision in case of billing for services provided to associate company under service tax act? what if services provided to associate company and they are not billed? will it mean that their is no requirement to pay service tax in that case?

Dear Hemant as per amendment bought to the defination under Section 67 it includes the boka addjustment and any amount credited or debited to account, or any account whether called suspense accoutn with any associated enterprise.
Hence, you cannot escape the liability, and would be liable to service tax
