Hi Arvind
We can take the Service Tax credit on payment basis.
When we make the payment after that we have take the credit of service Tax which we paid to creditors.

u will get credit on payment basis, if only the service is directly related to your business....

Service Tax credit should be taken only after making the full payment.
The otganisation which have both exempted and dutiable service, regarding availemnt of input credit, they should follow the provision of Rule 6 of Cenvat Credit Rules.
