What Partneship Firm has to submit its own PAN details in ST -1 form???

You have to fill in the details of the applicant. It does'nt matter whether it is firm, company or individual. Thus, If the applicant is Partnership Firm, Pan number of firm has to be mentioned.
Of course the PAN of the Firm.
