Your Company giving a bill for Rs., 17000/- for Commission .... If this in include Service Tax amount... and your company received Rs.,17000/- than your company is deposit the service tax amount or If services within a limit of Rs.,10,00,000/- than does not require the charge & paid the service tax amount...
