Please let me know that is service tax applicable for providing Manpower recruitment service to Foreign based company. Actually we charge 10 % fee of CTC for providing Manpower recruitment service. Now, should I include Service tax on the Invoice prepared for Foreign company who hired candidate through our company.

The service in the nature of manpower services is a taxable service . Hence Service tax would be applicable.
Yes, you should include service tax in the invoice.
