Any provision is there under DVAT Act for self assessment?
Under all VAT Acts in India a return filed is supposed to be self assessed,or say accepted in full by the department automatically,unless it is required to be opened by the Commissioner using some basis as a policy. Then it will be called as reassessment........mjk
