Select option " Regular books of account of business and profession are not maintained"
assuming you don't have any other income
or any other income is NIL

But I am file last year ITR-1, Commission amt. show under other income & Received refund.
I am confuse this year I am file ITR-1 or ITR-4

no problem, if you had submitted income tax return in form ITR-1
now you can submit ITR-4
