One of our client (A pvt. limited company) has got an opportunity to get seed share capital for it's business. Please suggest what are the secretarial requirements (filing of forms with MCA, amendment of M/A or A/A etc.) to be complied with. Please answer keeping in mind that authorised share capital also needs to be increased five times and seed shares are somewhat different from normal equity shares in respect to rights etc.
