What is the difference between Sec 8(1) & sec 8(5)? they both sound same to me.

Sec. 8(1): Registration of new companies with charitable objects.

Sec. 8(5): Conversion of existing Ltd./Pvt. Ltd. companies, formed with charitable objects, into section 8 company.
