Dear Sir, we are having partnership .Which is work as hospital.In that partnership there are 4 partner among them 2 are not Doctor but other 2 are doctor.we are also appoint other Doctors on salary basis. What should we consider it i.e. Business Or Profession.Which section will be applicable to us i.e. 44ADA or 44AD

for fy 2015-16 u can't use 44ad. for service sector
since fy 16-17 u can go ....!
For partnership firm the hospital is business and its income can be assessed u/s. 44AD.
