YES BOTH CAN BE DONE. FOR SECONDMENT U SHALL HAVE CONCENT OF YOUR CURRENT PRINCIPAL BUT CONCENT IS NOT REQUIRED FOR INDUSTRIAL TRAINING AND INDUSTRIAL TRAINING CAN BE DONE AT THE LAST YEAR OF YOUR ARTICLESHIP ONLY.
