If any ssd appointed does nt meet the criteria of independent director, whether he will b eligible to appoint as ssd?

no.. if the director ceases to meet the criteria of independence he shall vacate the office.. refer rule 7 of companies (appointment of directors) rules

if at the time of appointment as SSD he was also full filling the criteria of ID and has give declaration regarding to the comp.

than if office of ID is required to vacate than only office of SSD also require to vacate

if he was just appointed as SSD only and has not given declaration regarding eligibility as ID than his office of SSD will continue

it means Sir any ssd must not b independent director

It's not mandatory that SSD should qualify to become independent director of such listed company, reason is SSD may or may not hold share in the company.

If SSD doesn't meet the criteria of ID still he can act as an SSD.

Yes he will be eligible to appoint as SSD.
