sec 10A, is applicable on EPZ/STP or SEZ, please read the link below

It is given in Sec that for 10 Assesment year credit can be taken but it is also mention that from assesment year starting from 1st April 2012 the benefit of this sec will not be available. My client co. have started giving its services from A.Y. 2003-04. So is it eligible for exemption For A.Y. 2012-12

your query is not clear,
sec 10A allows exemption of incometax to EPZ/STP or SEZ, but it nowhere "write" about credit .................
though in STP 10 year blocks were available till last year, now abolished,
for other software exports , sec 80HHE was available upto 2005, now no tax benefit on exports.
