Schedule fsi in itr2

Hi There,

Can anyone please guide me how to calculate the amount to be entered in "Tax Payable on such income under normal provisions in India" in ITR2 Form Schedule FSI.

For example:

I have a house property income of 200,000 and tax paid outside India is 20,000. What should be entered in this column "Tax Payable on such income under normal provisions in India"??
