SBI Lending Rate AY 2011-12

Dear Sir,

Rates as mentioned in the latest edition of Ready Reckoner -

The rates were as follows-

1) Housing Loan - 8%

2) Car Loan (for new Car) - 8%

3) Two wheeler Loan - 15.75%

4) Education loan - {other than Scholor Loan scheme where Rate was 10.25% +  concession of 0.5% for Girl student}

                                    a) Upto Rs. 4 Lacs - 11.25%

                                    b) Above 4 Lacs - 12.75%

5) Personal Loan - 16%

6) Loan to employees to suscribe ESOP's - 14%

Note - the above rates were as mentioned on the SBI Website on 01.04.2010
