Origination of the Idea
As the need of the time, every entrepreneur wants to get high return on their money as much as can. We were providing CA Manual Coaching classes to the student. We got the fees and paid the salary to the CA faculties.
Then I read an Article on video Conferencing and think about the project. By adopting this kind of method for teaching we can eliminate the cost of faculties which are having about 50% to 60% weightage for the educational institutions.
Then we research on the project and developing software in about three years. Now we are able to earn better returns over the players who are in market providing services by the same method.
Why are we better than other players?
There are only Three other player in our whole country which are providing CA Coaching through satellite. They use V- Sat technology for their classes. This cost about 40,000. They have to install a Tower which cost about Rs. 100,000 and about 6,000 per month for data transfer or they use Internet connection which required 2mbps dedicated lease line which cost minimum 10,000 per month. Calculation of Break even point
After installing the IT equipments, chairs and initial advertisement you have to suffer the following variable cost.

Total variable cost can be cover if you find only 5 students for CPT. After the first Attempt the CPT student Will Pay for the Next level IPCC then total cost will be covered by IPCC students only. If you have only 3 student in first attempt then first attempt you incurred losses but after 6 months in second attempt you will receive Fee for IPCC of three student and fee for CPT from the new students and you will be in profit by only three students per attempt of six months.
Introduction of the Institute
On 1st January 2008 late Smt. Anita Jain had a dream to help those students who are unable to get proper education. She took first step towards COMPUTER EDUCATION. So her husband Mr. Sk. Jain ‘Director of the institute’ started the “FOCUS, An Ultratech Institute of Worldwide Education” under the roof of “Sarvjan Hitay Technical Education Sansthan” which is part of ‘Late Smt. Anita Jain Charitable Trust for research & Development”.
Her main motive is to make every girl self dependent so that after marriage she could solve any problem of her life. Institute provides various courses such as- Software engineering, Hardwar engineering, Networking Engineer, English Spoken classes, Personality Development, BPO/call center Training, Fashion Designing, Special classes for commerce students (up to M.com).
On 16th June 2008 Mrs. Anita lain left us with this hope. After her death, Mr. S.K. Jain (Her Husband) continued her dream with more advanced professional courses like- C.A, C.S, ICWA through satellite.
