Yes ,,,SAP from siemens.....

CA alone is now not going to help any CA. CA are treated as graduates nowdays.  Believe me Situation is going to be worse.

Companies are not hiring CA. They prefer graduate , semi CA  other semis for lesser package. Realiabiltiy and durability is higher as compared to CA. CA changes job frequently. for higher package.

Moreover comanies are hiring 1 CA for the work of 4 CA.

Job insecurity for CAs are increasing as graduate people are ready to work for lesser package. They know more than us, in terms of excel,SAP, ERP. They work very hard.

Hence Even CA like us prefer to hire graduates. We feel secured, by not hiring more CA as chances of politics and job insecurity/ replacement risk goes up.

Hence even we also avoid to appoint CA's.

practicing CA hires fresh/ exp CA for mere 20000-25000 pm.

Hence worse situation..

So wait for market to correct. till then study SAP , soft skills.

Life is struggle... U have to struggle even after CA. SO donot worry.
