we are made Interstate sale in may 2017 without c form know party is retd goods in July 2017 . in may 2017 Vat Act and in July 2017 is GST Act so how can I reverse CST on goods retd or what can I do in Gst Act.

Party raise invoice for goods (return goods) and charge GST you claim ITC on such goods

You can receive under GST as Invoice. And you can claim ITC.....
