You may prepare for your better convenience and legally, it depends on the amount of turnover or profits of the business of your client.

is this business covered in section 44ad

-Earlier 44 AD was restricted to contractors only

-But now it is applicable for all Small Businesses Except following

Plying , hiring , leasing Goods( Covered U/s 44 AF)

Agency business

- 44 AD applies only to Individuals , HUF , Partnerships( not LLP)
