How can an employer structure a salary of 120000 per month to have lowest tax burden on employee?

show the below allowances in the pay structure to claim the exemptions
medical allowance upto 19k
telephone allowance upto 18k
HRA
LTA
medical allowance upto 19k

basic exemption limit is 3lacs apart from allowances mentioned above. also the employee can show home loan to reduce liability. show the basic pay a little high so that PF gets cut to that extent which is allowable deduction for 80C.
