For claiming Sad refund a certificate from a Chartered Accountant is required.
i wanna ask is it neceassary that one who have audited our financial books of Account-only that CA can sign that certificate??? or any CA can certify/sign that certificate for claiming refund????
yes.............Chartered Accountant Certification is must...........
and any CA can certify.................
But in Annexure C, - which is Certificate from the statutory auditor / Chartered Accountant

If certified that we are the Chartered Accountants, who certify the Annual Financial Accounts under the Companies Act and / or any other statue, of M/s. ___________________.

, firstly i was wrong in writting....
only statutory auditor of company can give the refund certificate
now its fine with u .........

For claiming refund of SAD , any CA can certify the correctness of your books of accounts. It is not necessray at all that your Statutory auditor shall certify it. We are into the work of issuing such certificates.
