Rotational directors

If a public company has provided in it's articles that 9 out of 10 directors shall be rotational and appointed them by naming in it's articles. Then when will they be eligible to retire by rotation. In the first GM or some other AGM [152(6)(c)]

But in 152(6)(c) it is written that retirement shall be at first AGM of a company held after the GM at which first directors are appointed
At AGM itself.

If no AGM is held then the retire by rotation Directors should vacate office on the last date on which AGM should have been held.

aman rotation dir are not appointed by AOA
they are appointed in GM
At first AGM held rotational director should retire after their appointment at first GM...If AGM not being held then Rotational director should retire by rotation after the last date on which AGM should have been held.
Where is this written that rotational director can be appointed only in GM
