18 June 2018we have incorporated a Pvt Ltd company in Sep 2014 and there is only 1-year return have been filled and 3 years pending. last AGM date in roc site is 31 Dec 2015 and last balance sheet date is 31 Mar 2015, there please tell me what are the forms shall I now fill as earlier three form where filled ADT-1, MGT-7 and AOC-4, please tell me which forms are required to fill. and how to calculate the fees for the same.

I have went to check the fees on MCA Calculator can anyone please tell me which dates should I select for this 3 years.

2016-2017
2017-2018

For Sept. 2014 Incorporation your financial year end on 31st march 2015. Then kindly follow section 96 for fixing AGM date.

Kalpesh Sir I have asked that 3 years returns are pending and to calculate there is a coulum where we have to fill date for the forms. so which dates should i select for this there years to file the balance sheet and AGM
FY 2015-2016
FY 2016-2017
FY 2017-2018
for the FY 2014-2015 it is completed but onething which I don't is that there last AGM which is filled date is 31 Dec 2015. so will it be for 2015-16 or for 2014-15.

take agm date 30th September for all years... and your last query about 2014-15 AGM which you take on 31.12.2015 it is only for 2014-15 and not for 2015-16 as you finalise the 31st march 2015
