Roc related query

We have filed Form 23AC, 23ACA on 20.03.2013 & Form 20B on 19.03.2013 with pay later option. Last date for payment of fees was 27.03.2013 & 26.03.2013 respectively but we have not paid fees till 27.03.2013 & 26.03.2013 respectively. Now we are paying fees but it shows that SRN expires. We are again uploading the forms but prescrutiny cannot be done as it shows that forms has already been filed. Now what to do plz guide urgently.

HELLO MITTAL!!!!!!!!!!!

I DON'T KNOW ABOUT THIS FORM. BUT I HAVE ONE QUESTION REGARDING FORM 15G THAT WHAT IS THE LAST DATE FOR SUBMISSION AND WHERE TO BE SUBMITTED???

I dont know the exact sollution but u can ask this query in the MCA portal after log in and they gives reply of the query within 24 hrs. u will get a ticket no. for ur query.

You can also call on the MCA helpline no.

Barkhaji,

When this message is displayed that this form has already been filed, there is an option to continue anyway. You can ignore the message and continue to file the form again. I have faced similar kind of problem some time back.

Barkha u plz check the status of your filling in the "check filling status" under "Annual e filling" option available on the MCA portal.

Khushbu, I have already checked it shows pending action for payment & in case m trying to pay then it shows invalid SRN as it is already expired

We CA's do all our work on time if clients provide all the details on time. Its not ur fault a non CA talk like dis only.

Dear Barkha Ji,

Please wait for the MCA system to reject the forms automatically due to non-payment of fees. The status of the transaction will change from "NOT PAID" to Transaction Cancelled-Payment not submitted.

It is only then that you will be able to upload a fresh form in lieu of the form filed.

or Make a Query at MCA and get the Ticket no. and solved within 24 hours.

Dear Rushabh,

For The Year 2012-13, Form 15G is to be submitted on or before 7th of each succedding month in the month you received.

so dates are already passed.

it is to be submitted to TDS circle, CIT of Deductor Ward.

now you try to submitt, probably they will take the forms.
