Hi, Can anyone share the computation table of all ROC Fees, including on Authorised Capital and Stamp Duty for incorporation in Maharasthtra

goto mca 21 portal. click mca services and then click enquire fee

For incorporation of Private limited company with share capital of Rs.100,000 the Govt charges is Rs. 7100 if you incorporate your Pvt Ltd company by using form INC 32

By filing this form,
DIN
PAN
TAN
Registered Office Address
MOA
AOA
Name of Company
Stamp duty

all will be done in a single form.
charges Rs.7,100

You can also visit MCA site and verify.

For DSC you will have to incurr charges seperately.

go to mca 21 portal. click mca services and then click enquire fee. select company. select small company / pvt ltd as applicable. give authorized capitak. system will calculate it for u
