Dear Friend,
Road Permit is required for goods supplied from one state to another state ( In case of stock transfer,
inter-state purchases / Sales.) Form-50A.
Ist you generate demart way-bill Part-1(3copies, 2 copies send to Consignor place & 1 copies keep in your hand ) & then later generate way-bil part-2.(2copies one copies send to party & one copy kept in your hand).
After goods will be deliver in Consinee's place consignor will handover 1 copy part-1& part-2 with delivery challan & Invoices to consignee.
After generation of way-bill part-2 within 7 days utilise it online.

Dear Sir,
I am Ramesh from ANDHRA PRADESH, we have issued a road permit to M/.s.AAF against our purchase order, but the supplier had supplied partial material against the road permit, now he is asking for another way bill for balance material against the same purchase order.
is it right to issue another way bill for balance material, otherwise what is the further process in suc type of conditions.

YES U NEED TO ISSUE NEW PERMIT FORM FOR BALANCE QTY. AS PER THE RULE ONE FORM CAN BE UTILIZED FOR ONE WAY I.E ONE CONSIGNMENT.
IT DOENST RELEATED TO PURCHASE ORDER.

Can you tell me what are the documents required for sending goods from Maharashtra to Delhi for the exhibition purpose. its not sale and goods are coming back after exhibition. Goods are going by road.

Hi,
I am working in a Pvt Ltd company and our company is a Dealer for a Heavy Machinery Equipments in Hyderabad, Telangana State and our Principal Manufacturers cum Suppliers are at Pune, Maharastra State. Our Prinicipal Suppliers sends few parts regularly under Free of Cost (FOC) for the equipment warranty purpose and for that, they issues their invoice to us as "Warranty Invoice" along with material value and against that invoice, they collects our advanced CST waybill and dispatch their goods. the same goods we collects from the transport and issues to our customers (who owns the machinery) with out our sale invoice. As per my knowledger if we issue any advanced CST e-way bill, the sales tax department may treat as purchase and accordingly we have to show our sale invoice. But, in this case we are not issueing any sale invoice. Can we issue our advanced E-waybill for tha FOC invoice?
Please clarify me in this regard.
