Mr. Birla was married to his wife at the age of 22 at which time his wife was just 18.Mr. Birla and his wife, Mrs. Neerja Kasliwal, have three children, Ananyashree, Aryaman Vikram and Advaitesha.

he has worked in a firm as an article and before becoming the md he had worked as a normal employee of his own company where he need to travel by bus , at the age of 32 he become the senior finance manager , at the age of 37 he bcome the president of the board

to add more he had chair the commitee , under whose recommendation coporate governance had been conducted and then clause 49 has been added
