Can i revise e-filed Monthly Excise Return ER-1 ? If so, what is the section / rule permitting it, and aslo suggest me with its procedure.

there is no rule/provision for revision in ER-1, if you have to make corrections, write to your range officer about the corrections with specific reasons
No revision possible except service tax return
