Yes , as per the announcement the answers should be based on the revised Standards on Auditing as it is clearly mentioned in the announcement.
Yes, Its Clearly mentioned that revised SA's are applicable for IPCC and PCC Nov, 09 attempt so u have to pen down answers as per revised SA's.
