Is any cut of date for filling Revised TDS returns ? how many times revised returns allowed?

I don't think there is any cut off date for revising ETDS return.
ETDS returns can be revised any number of times. But NSDL's software allows you to revise the return only twice.
Thanks...if suppliers / agents provided PAN Numbers and asked TDS Certificate later what is the procedure ?
