Revised return for salary income goes above 5 lacs

salary income declared 4.23 lacs. & filed manual return for AY 13-14. Now ITO issue letter & asked to file revised return for interest income which is escaped in return. Now income goes above Rs. 5 lacs & manual return is not accepted by department. Tried to efile but system is not accepting as original return number not available.
