Revised itr 5 filed and copy signed and sent to cpc but

Hello,

Assessment Year - 2011-12

I filed a revised return online through efilling, download the pdf and signed it with blue pen. Sent it to the address mentioned - bangalore but did not received any confirmation mail.

After login i get the followwing mesaage -

ITR-V Receipt Status Details ITR-V has been received in CPC but is defective
Please, resend the clearly printed and duly signed ITR-V to CPC immediately.

So couple of days ago i resent the document after carefully signing it. Its been a week or so. How long should i wait before the i get the confirmation mail and the message on the site changes ?

Should i resend the original return along with the revised return together ? maybe the system is not accepting it because its a revised return ?

Please guide.
